WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

By now we are accepting PayPal payments only, in the future we we will accept all major credit/debit cars (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover). Unfortunately, we don't accept cash on delivery payments (COD).

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately within the first day following payment.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We offer free shipping in US, for orders outside the US you can provide the adres of your mailing company in US, contact your mailing company for more info.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship within 1-4 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability. Orders are not shipped during weekends.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Delivery takes from 3 - 15 business days + depending on your location.

HOW DO I RETURN THE ITEM?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order. Please understand that all items must be returned in their original condition, not worn, not washed and with original tags attached.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET FOR MY DOG?

We recommend standard sized scooper for dogs that weigh up to 50 lbs (22kg), 

CAN I USE THIS WITH MY OWN BAGS?

Yes, totally. However, we recommend using our biodegradable waste bags because they completely fit the built-in dispenser.

WILL IT WORK ON LOOSE POOP?

We have tested it on slime and it's still effective however the surface may get stained just as picked it up by hand.
